a. Standard Products

If you are not satisfied with a non-custom product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging where possible

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

b. Custom or Personalised Orders

Please note that custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where:

The product arrives damaged,
There is a manufacturing defect, or
The item differs significantly from the approved design or description.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect custom order, please contact us at info@wkddecals.com within 7 days of delivery, and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

c. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
